This is a retro arcade table, with a Raspberry Pi 3B+ built in. Plug it into a TV and you can play arcade games, 16 bit console games, etc. It comes with 7000+ games across various arcade and console formats. It also has speakers at the side – I rarely use them since the sound comes through the TV but you can plug in the provided power adapter if you want.
